Hi there, I am sorry about that, you can always send the necklace back to our studio in GA, 550 pleaseant hill rd, c-203, lilburn GA 30017, we do free repairs, the girls in the studio will be happy to make your necklace brand new again. The discoloration may be natural occurring in sterling silver, which is easily fixed by cleaning it with baking soda, or even dawn dish liquid soap, and just rubbing with a soft cloth. If the jumprings were not too well attached we can easly fix that in 2 seconds if you send it back to our studio. I am sorry if we did not reply to your email in time before you left the review, we are going to work on that so it does not happen again, lately with our shut down we have been behind with our communication and we are working to fix that asap. You are welcome to send the necklace back any time you wish and we will take care of it and make it shiny and new again so you can gift it to your recipient. Hello there, the post office have not been scanning packages so the tracking is off. I am so sorry you had to wait for your package, I hope we can gain your business again in the future. And about the cuff, the font is flowy so they don't go on a straight line, as pictured, the names go up and down in a flowy motion, that is what makes this font so special. I am so sorry you did not liked the necklace, we have other block prints that are more straight and we do offer those on Jane as well, thanks for your feedback!
