I contacted the seller about the order, the necklace had a few flaws, there was Splashes of discoloration on the peice and the clips on the side weren't really tight making it easy to fall apart. I haven't heard anything back from my email. Very disappointed this was a surprise gift

I still haven’t received this item. It is almost a month now. Frustrating but a good thing I planned well in advance for this as it is a gift.
I ordered this on 4/1/20, it was supposed to be an Easter gift and ship by 4/16. I finally received it on 4/23. Tiffany from Jane’s customer service, and I, emailed the company 3 times in total asking for a status update and never received a reply. However, my daughter loved the necklace once it finally arrived.
So cute!
Didn’t get sent out until a week and a half after the scheduled day. The names on the bracelet were printed on crooked.
