I love this necklace, really pretty.

I ordered this necklace back in April for mothers day, since it said it would ship before then. After noticing it still hadn't shipped a month later, I emailed them asking for an update on when I would receive it since it was a mothers day gift. They never contacted me back. Then a week later I got a confirmation that it had finally been shipped. So I decided to wait another week until it finally got here (days after mothers day). When I opened by package, I noticed they had made it in the wrong metal and they spelled the name wrong. It was supposed to be "finian" and they spelled it "fnian". I contacted them immediately to give them a chance to fix the matter, and all they did was tell me I was wrong and they spelled it correctly. Since they have yet to do anything about it, I told them I would leave a very detailed review. I have photos of my confirmed order and a photo of the necklace that I wish I had somewhere to upload. They have refused to refund or fix my order, I have opened a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Take my advice and don't order anything from this shop. Poor quality and poor customer service.
