I ordered 5, and loved 4 out of 5 of them. One of the names is missing a letter ( I checked my end on the order), and politely emailed them twice about it...no response...a month later, I have missed my sister in laws birthday without her present. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service after I ordered that many. I planned on placing another order for Christmas, but not now.

I ordered this pretty bracelet. It came misspelled even after I sent an email verifying the spelling. It was bent and the name was lightly engraved in the middle of the bracelet instead of all around the bangle like the picture shows. I tried several times over a two week period to contact the seller with no response. I would love to have this bracelet if it would meet the 3 expectations listed.

I ordered 2 for gifts. It is a pretty medallion out of the box. One the engraving was correct & the chain is nothing special, it may or may not hold for long. The other necklace the engraving is crooked, not centered. I've contacted the seller with NO response as has Jane support, which responded quickly. They claim retail on the necklace is $50 but I would not pay that for what I recieved. So with that being said, the one is okay for the $10 price.

The color is disgusting I'm ashamed to give this to my granddaughter It's a cross between rust and dirty brass. It's definitely not a gold tone. Eww..
