I received my necklace but it has the wrong initials.😞 I would love to get a new one with the right initials.
Clasp was broken on necklace
I ordered one of these for my daughter. It broke the first time she put it on! When I contacted the seller they told me I can send it back and they will fix it (not replace it) but I was responsible for shipping it back! I contacted the seller twice after that with no response!! 👎🏼👎🏼

It is pretty, but the two names on the one I ordered as a gift, were hard to read. In the picture, the names look like they are "straight", but in reality, it is a very slanted font so it makes it harder to read.

While I love the lowercase script on this necklace, the piece is wafer thin and I’m not sure how to describe this, but it looks like both sides are the back; not a polished necklace. Also, the chain is far too long at its shortest link for a name necklace. It should be able to be closer to your neck as shown in the photo, not your chest.
