The letters are not very clear, last one is barely visible.

So dainty and pretty! Was exactly what I was hoping for plus more. Thank you thank you! Haven’t took it off sense I’ve received it!

I hate to leave a bad review, and Sadly I contacted seller first, and they pretty much said tough! I contacted them because I ordered two necklaces which are not cheap, and one of them you can not make out what the name is supposed to be. The other one is ok I guess and they could be a very cute products but the one I can't make out is unfortunately a gift which now I have to gift as is because they said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in the customer service. Yes I realize these are personalized items so cannot be returned but I expect a good quality and legible product.

When my necklace arrived the name was spelled incorrectly and I did double check that it was NOT my error while ordering. I reached out to the seller and never received a response. Jane.com attempted to contact as well with no response. Luckily Jane.com customer service is great and refunded me, but this was supposed to be a gift for my daughter so I was bummed to not be able to give it to her.

It’s delicate and so cute! Was a gift for my adult daughter, and the chain was plenty long enough. Appreciate the Sterling Silver!

BEWARE BEFORE BUYING!!!!!! BestNameNecklace lacks quality assurance in there products. They have horrible customer service and if I could give them no stars I would. I saw the beautiful necklaces and order three. One out of the three necklaces was send with a scratch on the nameplate. When asked to have the necklace replaced with new one that was not damaged, the seller said that it was part of the design thinking that it is the same complaint as many others have stated with the separation between the last letter and the Mickey Mouse face plate. After I have stated that was not the issue but the rather large scratch on the Mickey Mouse faceplate, the seller tried to make it seem that it was the packaging that was damaged not the necklace itself. Again I had to send another photo with proof that the scratch was in the necklace and not the packaging. After all the proof the seller was only willing to offer a refund instead of a replacement.

Super cute. I bought as a gift and turned out great!

They only got 1 star because I couldn't give anything lower. Necklace has a hole/dark spot next to the last letter and left ear, first thing you see when you look at it. They said it was part of the design. But I can't see this on any of their pictures on the site. I can get over it being thin, but this isn't acceptable. Just throw your money out the window....you'll get the same result.
