I received my necklace broken. ;( the chain was disconnected from the bar. I semi fixed it, hoping it looks ok with my squeezing of the circle.

The necklace is exactly what I was hoping for, except for one thing. It broke the very first time I wore it. I have attempted to fix it 3 times since I received it - a week ago. I am very disappointed.

SO disappointed with this seller. I would leave zero stars if I could... She was so unresponsive and when I finally received my bracelets they'd been engraved wrong. I asked her several times to replace them, she said she would and never did. I ended up requesting a refund through Jane.com. Two thumbs DOWN!
