UPDATE: removed one star as bright Jane customer support nor the seller have responded to my queries. I would give ZERO STARS for the fact that this seller has charged me for a necklace that I did not receive. I have not received a reply, nor a replacement, nor a refund. Would not order from this seller again even though the pieces are cute…can’t trust that I will receive what I pay for. Ordered two only received one..and it shipped on the day of estimated delivery. Tried to contact seller and Jane but no reply. Super bummed as this was supposed to be a gift for twins now I’ve paid for two and can’t even gift the one I have. I’d like a refund or at least a reply to my email.

I ordered this necklace for my seven year old granddaughter for Christmas. Its very cute, it is on the smaller size, but will be perfect for her! I would wear it also, but would probably layer it!

I loved this concept for younger girls. But my girls names didn’t come out as I expected. The name “Gabby” wasn’t even legible and “Zoe” was so tiny u couldn’t read either. The letters were so squished together that makes the names unreadable. Unfortunately now I have to buy 2 more name necklaces by Christmas.

It's a lot more flimsy than I was expecting. It's for my daughter and I'm hoping it doesn't break very easily.

I have never received my item. It’s been in the same location for over 3 weeks.

Very disappointed! The cuffs were for Christmas gifts. I would not recommend because the engraved names are so small. I literally had to use magnifying glass to see the engraving.

I bought these 2 necklaces for my 2 great granddaughters for Christmas. When I received them, they were prettier in person than in the picture. I loved the little heart at the end of the name, just something a little special 💖
