Received this Christmas Eve day, was so excited to give it to my daughter that has an uncommon name. Opened it up and it was broke. I have contacted by email twice and have gotten NO reply!

Very cheaply made, the charm fell off within seconds of taking it out of the package. It was not connected on two spots but was connected with one jump ring. I was very disappointed in this purchase.

I got the rose gold one for my sister and I got to see it in person and it is beautiful the chain is very fine but it is very beautiful I would buy again
The chain has already come apart at the clasp and no way to fix it since it is so small. Very disappointed
The engraving was right on the edge of the pendant. Definitely not happy how it turned out at all.

I STILL have not received my necklaces after placing my order early December. I emailed the seller numerous times with NO response. Finally got a response from a Jane representative who promised my order would be shipped no later then Dec. 23. Like I mentioned above the necklaces are still not here.
