Still haven’t received my necklace, ordered on 12/21/18, today is 1/14/19. Still nothing!
The item was scratched and had some type of gunk on it. The gift recipient noticed it as well and asked that I try to get it fixed. I reached out via email on 4 separate occasions and have not received a reply on my inbox or spam. I disliked the obvious defects a d even more the poor customer service. They get one star because the necklace is cute in theory, just not wearable.

they are smaller than I expected and have sharp edges. I ordered 4 of them for my granddaughters. Priced high for what you get.

Received this Christmas Eve day, was so excited to give it to my daughter that has an uncommon name. Opened it up and it was broke. I have contacted by email twice and have gotten NO reply!
