Kinda cheap looking

I bought two necklaces with my son's name and they are both not legible. It's really unfortunate.

My friend loved her necklace. High quality metal and good overall quality.

I bought as a gift for my sister. Asked if they wanted the last name as the middle initial. It was a Friday. Wanted to know how it was packaged. I heard back 3 days later. The necklace was shipped with the receipt, no gift packaging and the wrong of initials. I was so disappointed and told they would replace it but never heard back as to how to execute this.

I like the necklaces and enjoy wearing it. I would order again.

Mine was supposed to say Mama D but the D looked like 2 different letters so it looks bad but since it’s “Personalized “ I can’t return it! So won’t be buying again

When I first receive it I loved it, but not even a week later it broke! It literally came apart near the clasp!

The font makes T look like a J. They basically told me that's what it is. Said I could exchange it. When I asked what the process was to exchange it, they stopped communicating with me. Their (BestNameNecklace) customer service is horrible.
