I love the idea of small business, however, this was a fail for two reasons: 1. Never received the product I purchased. 2. Digital downloads should be received the same day as purchase. I am trying to figure out how to get my money back. Buyer beware!

Hi, we emailed the files directly to the email that is associated with Jane.com ( j*****@midland******.org) - if there is a different email you need it sent to, please contact us. We copy and paste straight from your order. Also, the time it take for us to email is stated on the deal. We do not have the option to attach our files to janes website for you to download immediately and we work in order of orders received. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
