This was super cute! We loved it!

I opened my puzzle as soon as it was delivered to discover there was a typo, an additional name was listed along with our elve’s name. I emailed the company right away and still have yet to hear a word from them. It’s been 4 days. Now I’m out $16 for a puzzle I can’t give to my children.

Sent 2 messages and have not heard back. Never received the digital downloads!

I ordered a set of the unbreakable mugs last year, and so I thought I would get a couple more this year. However, the quality has changed. The image is slightly blurry on both mugs, and the image and name on one of my mugs is not centered. The mug itself is a different texture, so I hope it is still as durable. I’m still planning on gifting them, but the quality is not what it was a year ago.

I still have not received my order (ordered Oct 26th, now early Dec). I have emailed twice and have only received an automatic reply, no follow up to my inquiry or request for refund. Now this item is on sale again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ENTITY!

Second time ordering as gifts, these do not disappoint! Great quality!

It so hard to rate what you never got!! I ordered these elf printable, but never received them. I reached out to the seller, and the only response I got was a FAQs email. I emailed them again, and told them my problem was not on the FAQs email. No response!
