I have had terrible customer service with this seller. I bought this glass on 1/17/19 as a Valentines gift. It said it would ship by 2/1/19...I waited knowing Jane orders can take a little..USPS has given no updates on the order and I have contacted the seller via email TWICE now and have no response from them. It has been very frustrating.
Perfect for a girls room!
I hate leaving bad reviews but I do feel it’s necessary in this case. I ordered a mug for my husband that I was so excited about and it arrived broken. I asked the seller if they would send a new or what they did in this situation and have not heard a word back and I have reached out two more times since the initial email I sent. I have been in the service industry for 12 years and this is terrible customer service.
My grandchildren loved them.
I know my granddaughters will love them! The are exactly what I wanted and the quality is excellent. I’ll be ordering from Janes again!

This is our second one. The first one lasted a couple weeks before the spout broke off. They are so cute though that we are given it another shot. My daughter loves it.
The girls that I purchased these for were screeching with joy over these pillow covers! Great quality & super cute. Only suggestions would be to use a darker color on the backside since kids are handling these (white doesnt stay clean long with little ones) & to send a note in the package with suggested insert size. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase!
