I ordered 3 pillow cases, a unicorn on pink, “Spider-Man” on blue and a “Spider-Man” on red. When they arrived, the two Spider-Man pillows were not similar at all. I tried contacting the seller through email, Facebook and Etsy and did not get a response for over a week. When I did finally hear back, they offered to replace the pillowcase that had an issue. When I tried contacting them again for an update, I never heard back. The replacement did come in a few weeks later.

Unreasonably long wait time. I still haven’t received my order. I ordered in early January. The gift was for two birthdays and it did not arrive in time for either birthday. NOT impressed.

The quality is great! But, I ordered a style, and everything matched on what style I ordered... Except they sent me the completely wrong style!!! I waited for what seemed like forever for this for my daughter.. I finally get it and it’s wrong. Like not even close to what I ordered. I’m still waiting on a response.. also finding a way to get in contact with this shop is a bit difficult. I’m very upset and I hope they can get resolved....

I did not receive the design I ordered. I have contacted the seller but have not heard back yet! It took almost a month to receive.

I ordered three mugs. One of the mugs, the name was placed near the bottom of the mug which made a little bit of the bottom of the letters blurry.

Quality is great, but I ordered 4 and one was incorrect. I contacted the seller but no response yet about making it right.
