Do not buy this product! I bought 3 water bottles that were extremely adorable. It amounted to about 85 dollars with shipping and it they didn’t even last a week. One water bottle fell from my three year old back pack and it broke. The next day the same thing happened to my other daughter. The tops of these water bottles are extremely flimsy. The graphics are cute but that’s about the only thing. I also made effort to contact the seller to notify them if they could just send me a different. They never got back to me. I won’t be buying from this seller again. Definitely not worth the money if it breaks less than a day after getting it.

Lid and straw did not work. Emailed them but only received an automated message back and nothing else.

Ordered 2 and only received one personalized tumbler. I emailed the company TWICE and they never responded to ship what I ordered or even gave me the refund for the tumbler that never shipped. I will be contacting Jane.com next to let them know, as well.
