Purchased two stainless steel personalized water bottles but only received one. Tried emailing the company (tiny but trendy) multiple times but they never returned my email. Ended up contacting a service rep with Jane and she helped me get a response. Tiny but trendy said they found it and it would be shipped out. That was almost a month ago. Haven’t received it and haven’t heard anything from them even after trying to get ahold of them multiple times. Ended up getting a refund from Jane. I understand things happen and I am sympathetic to that, but the lack of communication when you own a business is why I’m writing this review. I won’t ever do business with them again and I caution you as well.

I ordered this product August 31st. Said it would ship by September 12th. Never came, showed still processing. I waited another week, still showed processing. Sent them an email to which I got an immediate generic email with FAQ's. Sent another email & was told they would respond in 48 hours. Tried again the following week & also contacted Jane. Jane contacted them twice with no response either. Thankfully Jane was great and gave me a refund, although it wasn't a real pricey item. Today is October 7th and still says my order is processing. Terrible customer service with no replies after multiple attempts from myself & Jane. I only gave them 1 star because I had to give 1 to do a review, otherwise I wouldn't have given them any. Save your money & buy from another reliable company. I will never order from them again.

These labels are SO CUTE ! I plan to buy Prosecco and replace the labels as a fun gift for my daughters baby shower in January !! Love them ❤️

Very cute print. Bottle seems sturdy. However the top broke on the first day of use.
