When I received this item, the names of the elves were the same as in the example on the website. I reached out to the seller with a quick response to send a picture of the puzzle. I did that and have not heard any response despite 3 additional emails asking for any correspondence. I have not received a refund or a correct puzzle. Very disappointed.
