Font letter runs into each other looking not so well together. Should have and option to review what name you choose in that font with what you are asking for

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The font that was chosen, #6, was a font used for primarily for monograms, not necessarily a full name but we wanted to complete your order as requested. I will pass along the idea of jane implementing a mock up generator for customers to visualize their order before placing. That is a great idea!
