Excellent quality!

Ordered November 21, it is now Dec 23 and looks like we will not be receiving our Christmas pajamas in time for Christmas. This will be the first year my family won't have matching pajamas I received a package on Dec 5 with someone else's pajamas. I then took it upon myself to mail those pajamas to the correct buyer. I corresponded with the seller on a few occasions; however she did not mail my pajamas until Dec 16 and of course with the USPS everything is behind My pajamas are still in New York and I am in Oklahoma. I Would like a refund. I paid over $100 for a family of 5 pajamas

Shipping takes forever. I ordered it in November and still have not received as of Dec 22. It's a Christmas shirt, yet who knows if it will arrive by Christmas.

Says it was delivered but never received it Emailed them several times and no response

*Editing my review- not all sequins flip so pillow doesn't look right when it's not on the side with the name. Already gave it as a gift when we realized. Smaller than expected, pillow insert I bought didn't fit but just reordered another size. It's a cute product

Nearly a month delay from order date to shipping and when mug was finally received the lid doesn't fit causing it to become a regular mug not a travel mug. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered two. One came with no damage and 2nd one is dented and scratched. I've emailed the company and waiting to hear back. Other than that very cute and excited to gift them for Christmas. Hoping I get the one replaced before Christmas.

NOT EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED, BUT CHARMING NEVER THE LESS

I ordered product in November and have yet to receive when said it would before Xmas. I have emailed seller twice now with no response.

This is for my 4 year old grandson It's so cute I love the two different straws I hoped his name would have been vertical up the back side, but it was on the front under the pic Not a big deal ... but I believe that is the way it was shown in the picture I would have preferred that but it's totally adorable And makes my grandson feel like a "BIG BOY" with his big boy cup!

My order was estimated to ship by October 30 Today is December 14 and there is still no sign of it I have tried to contact the seller several times and only get an automated email back saying they'll be in touch soon but there's never any follow up This has been a very disappointing experience
