I sent an email letting them know that a name had been misspelled. I double checked that it was not my mistake, and sent a photo. I received radio silents.

Ordered this item a month ago today and still haven't received it. Don't order from this shop, check the reviews first. It took 3 emails for the shop owner to respond and then when I tried to reply the email wouldn't go through because "it was unrecognizeable." So disappointed in this purchase.

Cute designs and like the size of the mugs However, I ordered two of the same kind of mug with different personalizations, and received two different mugs One was glossy and the other was matte Not really the end of the world, but I reached out to the seller over a week ago and never heard back I reread the product description to make sure I didn't overlook something about the mugs possibly being different, and didn't see anything These were Santa gifts for my kids, and they noticed they were different and asked why they weren't the same Very disappointed that they weren't the same mug, and even more disappointed in the lack of customer service

I ordered expecting enameled mugs as seen in photos and received small cheap plastic cups. I am very disappointed and spent a lot of money on something that I had wanted to be a lifelong tradition for Christmas.

Product said it was estimated to ship Dec 16, still no update. I reached out to the supplier on this about 2 weeks ago and still no response This is the only issue I have ever had ordering off of Jane. Don't think o will be ordering from this supplier again..

I never received these I ordered back in October and contacted the seller two times with an auto reply I want a refund!

It's a nice mug & made well. Great that it's not breakable because I got it for my 3 year old Granddaughter.
