Beware! Seller printed shipping label 11days after purchase. But never shipped! Tracking shows PRESHIPMENT only. Item still hasn't arrived 21 days later. And instead of "ship you a new order at my expense" as was offered, I was refunded. Do not order from Bella's Bowtique unless you enjoy loaning money to strangers for 3 weeks and receiving nothing.
Your order was lost in transit by USPS. This is something we cannot control. It rarely happens, but it DOES happen. As soon as we realized this, we quickly offered to ship you a brand new order at our expense to which you decline, and continued to harass us on social media.
