Doesn't stay on cord
Please make sure you are using an Apple Certified cord, as these do not work with off-market cords (as the description states). They will stay on Apple Certified cords!
Bought this for my sisters birthday....shipping was VERY slow and arrived late for her birthday and the fit was a little different than I expected. I was under the impression that it was fit like a sleeping bag you slip into but it more like a blanket with a pocket for your calves.....BUT nonetheless she loved it :)
Unfortunately we have NO control over the speed of USPS. You described exactly what our description states about the product, so please make sure next time you read the description fully before making an order, that will help you avoid getting something different than expected. Thanks!

This item is very cheaply made and the label says "wind bolws" instead of "wind blows." Mine came in a package that said blue while I received the pink (as ordered). There was hair all over my bag, so it was obviously repackaged. Seller offered to accept a return, but I was out shipping both ways so I am taking my losses. I am very displeased with the bag and the customer service.
You were refunded and we even paid for the return shipping label so you weren't out shipping both ways! :) Please make sure that you read the descriptions and view photos before just making your order. We have everything laid out for the customers review before ordering.
