My over 65 yr old mother purchased this mask due to the corona virus pandemic. Her mask came unwrapped cross country with a slight stain on the stitch. Messaged seller for a refund and she did not want to provide one. Messaged Jane.com for a refund.

This customer was looking for a hospital grade mask. It is clearly stated in our deal our cotton masks are not hospital grade masks. Once we stated we cannot accept returns on masks, the customer then sent unfounded threats as well as started claiming there was a slight stain on the mask (no photos provided of said slight stain). Please make sure you read descriptions before purchasing if you're looking for something specific.
