The masks are great! I have no problem with them. But I did report that one of the gray masks have the wire coming out from the nose part and YOU NEVER DID A THING!! I DON'T HAVE THE the account number and I told you that. But did I hear from you? NO! And you asked me and I replied that I was sorry but did not have it. I heard nothing from you. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD ACT. CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS THAT! YOU HELP OUT THE CUSTOMER IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!! That is why I am not gonna use you again. Your customer service is lousy!
