We had messaged you back. You do need to remove the film front & back that is covering the shields. In your photo the film was still attached which can make the shield look cloudy/damaged.

Nice mask and comfortable fit but the tiny holes defeat the purpose of wearing a mask. Nice for the zoo on a hot day where a mask was required but I was over 6ft from anyone- not suitable for work where I can’t social distance.
