Hi there! Oh no. I'm so sorry! Our masks are all the standard/average size of all face masks. Sorry if these missed the mark of what you were particularly looking for in a mask. It sounds like you need to find an extra extra large specially designed mask if this doesn't cover your mouth and nose at the same time!

I like the mask I received but I ordered four items 2 masks and 2 of the face covers with ear loops and only received 1 mask!!

Oh were so sorry if you don't understand how Jane.com works. The single (1) mask you ordered from us was delivered. The other items are NOT from us. As the Jane rep (Olivia) explained in the email to you, those items are from another seller (Riah Fashion Inc.) and not from us. SO this negative review is not for us. We tried a few times to explain this with no further replies.
