Only one of your masks in your order had an extra piece of thread which just needed to be trimmed. This thread was just an extra piece that has no function and just needed to simply be trimmed. I did offer to send this customer a prepaid label to send the item back for a refund, to which she declined and said it was ok. Then she proceeded to leave us a negative review after saying everything was ok.

Hi there! We love that you like using them to keep lotion on your feet during the night and they don't make your feet hot. It sounds like you might be using lotion along with our socks, and if you haven't noticed a different it might be your lotions fault, not our socks! We would highly suggest using them without lotion, as we have nothing but RAVE reviews for these socks. Message us and we can help you trouble shoot. We want you to have nice soft tooties! :)

I’m sorry your order was damaged by the post office! Yes we refunded you because of it. This was not something we did and we helped you out because of it. Not sure why the one star review was left for us when we helped you and didn’t do anything wrong.
