They arrived unraveled and when I emailed and asked for a replacement, they were sold out . Very disappointing to spend money and get a product that comes damaged..

I have been wearing every day for two weeks and haven't noticed a difference on my rough heel. They are nice to keep lotion on your feet during the night though and don't make your feet hot.
