Hi there! We never got any emails from you, are you sure you have the correct seller contact? To address your comments: Our orders ship out within 2 business days as required by Jane.com. Once we turn a package over to the post office there could be a delay in USPS scanning the package. This is something we do not have any control over. If we had rec'd an email, this would have absolutely been communicated to you. We also cannot cancel an order after it leaves our hands and is with the post office. Unfortunately since Covid many businesses are experiencing slower service with USPS and this is sadly not anything we are able to control, and we must ask for a tiny bit of extra patience as everyone is doing their best right now. Thanks so much for your understanding, and we hope you LOVE our most popular face mask!

Hi there! Having to change your mask due to the type of mask it is is not our masks fault or us as a seller, so this shouldn't count against us as a review for our product! We also very clearly point out that this is a cooling masks and all it's features. If your mask is getting in your mouth when you talk, you are probably wearing it too tight. There are nifty adjusters on the ear pieces that you can use to loosen the mask so it's not tight on your face. Let us know if we can help you in any other way!!!
