Never received. I told a customer rep but no one has called me back. Very unhappy.
We just wanted to follow up on this old review as it is possible to leave a response from sellers now. The customer's order was lost in the mail. Once we were made aware of the issue we refunded this order in full as well as sent pdf files of the covers so her daughter will have time in time for school.
