Very happy with the 11 bags I ordered. They even contacted me prior to production when they were concerned I would not be pleased with the letter "P" in one of the fonts I had chosen. I appreciated that effort on their part.

Lid opening is super tight and hard for even small hands to get into. Arrived with cat or dog hair all inside.
These are super cute! Monograms look great and ribbon color was exactly what i was expecting.
