The necklace is cute, but the monogram is already starting to wear off and I have not wore it one time.

Cute, but extremely disappointed in the size and quality. Much much smaller than expected. Definitely not worth the price!!

We do list sizes in all listing which is important to look at when ordering online. These our the largest key chain we offer right now with the 1.15" charm on the 4" tassel. When attached to a standard car key, the car key is about half the size of the key chain.
The number I asked for on the charm was a 12. The number 1 was ripped into two pieces and put on that way. Could have easily been reprinted and fixed before being shipped.
We reached out to you via email concerning this issue. We always want customers to be happy with their purchase and you were correct there was an oversight if it was shipped that way.
Very disappointed with the chain. It has different links so it looks like it was put together with various chains.

On the chain the only place it has different links is for the 2 inch extender so that the clasp can still work, the main chain links are much to small to use, and it is common for extenders to be made of a different size chain. Hope this information helps!
