The number I asked for on the charm was a 12. The number 1 was ripped into two pieces and put on that way. Could have easily been reprinted and fixed before being shipped.
Instead of receiving the item I ordered, I was shipped a bright green koozie!
Very disappointed with the chain. It has different links so it looks like it was put together with various chains.
