I expected better quality. This was a tumbler with a sticker on it when I expected it to be engraved with the personalization request. The sticker was not even placed nicely, it is bubbles in some parts. Very disappointed.

Name came off after first wash.

I appreciate the quick delivery and love the durability of the tumbler, however, there were scratches and scuffs on two of the three that I ordered. I'm a little disappointed with that as they were supposed to be gifts.

My daughter loves this tumbler!!! Everything stays nice and cold even when we're out at the pool in 90+ degree weather!!!

My husband thought they misspelled my daughter's name. Turns out he just needs glasses. This will be perfect for when school resumes!

Ordered a koozie in March and still have not received it. It hasn't even been shipped. Glad I wasn't ordering for Easter!

I'm disappointed in this company. I ordered 5 koozies as gifts, I received them and 4 are fine. One was printed with extra writing on the back. I contacted them and they promised to send out a replacement for the mistake. That was December 21st. I've emailed multiple times to follow up and see when it will be shipping and never hear anything back. Their costumer service is not impressive. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the first person to have this issue either.
