Be sure to look at the shipping date it was 2 weeks after I placed the order... however it was shipped on that date and I received it in a couple days. The item is cute, I would have liked it a little bigger and the gray initials to be darker but overall it is a cute gift for teens.

I ordered 2 hair brushes and received them yesterday. The vinyl was not as vibrant as pictured and one of the brushes has 2 large very visible scratches on the back by the name.

Alot smaller than expected. Not high quality, after looking at it, I could prob make one myself seeing how it was pieced together. Won't hold alot of bows.

Buyer beware. These are cheaply printed paper that you place on the cube.

Because they shipped me the wrong product and customer service hasn't responded back.
