Zipper is hard to use.

I ordered one dozen and was not happy with the monogram color choice. I got the yellow background with white lettering and the letters did not show up well. My future orders will be with a black background with white lettering. The color chart that was shown proved to be different from the finished product.

I got these for Father's Day and they came with the wrong initials. The initials were ordered correctly just printed wrong. Upon contacting company they said I could get them re-printed or a refund. I chose re-print. It has been a month now, and I have not received another email about it or a refund or the reprints. Very frustrated. I have tried to contact them several times and have not received a reply. I tried everything I could to avoid giving a bad review... this is the first bad review I've ever given

The monogram was very very small and it was heat pressed. Nothing like the picture where the monogram is big and thick.

I wanted to give 2 stars, but jane.com only allows explanations with 1, 3, 4 or 5 stars. I couldnt go up to 3 stars because i am disappointed in this item. The bow is ok, nothing extra, just something you could pick up anywhere. The main reason I ordered was because of the monogramming, and that is my main disappointment. The font is so small it can hardly be seen. I chose a pink bow with white letters because in the picture it looked so good. But in reality, the lettering is so light and small, it is barely seen.

I received my product and it was completely wrong. I ordered “A” mono and got “L” instead on every Hairbow. Still haven’t been replied to via email?!?

Better deals in the stores. I do like the monogram though.

Disappointed in personalization, shipping time & packaging. Cut the bow when opening the package.
