Bigger than anticipated and so cute!
The letters had been misplaced upon arrival. I had to take off and readjust.

The letters should not have done what you are describing and it sounds like it did not cure properly for some reason which should not have happened.
Very cute bag.
The decal/writing was bubbled on some letters and it feels like it will easily peel off.

The letters should not have been bubbling as described. The vinyl however is permanent vinyl and once it is cured should not budge.

It is a bigger box than I expected!
Bought one for myself and 3 as gifts to help reduce our footprint with plastic bottles. They are exactly as pictured and work very well, easy to clean, and no leaking lid!
This is a fraction of the size I expected! Theory is good but there's no way they can throw these cotton balls & expect them to go more than a couple of inches. I thought the pkg contained a folded t-shirt, not the bag of "snowballs".
Carol, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We love these here and can easily throw a snowball halfway across a room. They are intended to be lightweight so they do not cause any damage while throwing them in the house. We also do try to list dimensions very carefully so there are no surprises however it is possible the snowballs squished up a bit in shipment but they are very easy to refluff!
