Lettering wasn’t as nice as I imagined it would be.

It does take a while to receive, but I expected that as it was mentioned in the product information. I received it yesterday and it’s a cute item and I believe will serve its purpose well. I am giving it 1 star because the incorrect item was shipped to me....wrong color, wrong initials. I have emailed the seller and they have responded requesting a picture before they can proceed. I’ve emailed the picture and will wait for their response. I’ve asked them to expedite the order this time because this is Christmas gift. I will update my review once this issue is resolved.

These are very cute, but the plastics box they come I is very thin and poorly made. I ordered two sets, one for each child for Christmas and I’m not sure how I’m going to package the one that is cracked.

I am leaving 3 stars because my order was sent to a completely different state. However, once I contacted the shop, they responded fast and gave me the option of a refund or a re-issue of the item.

Delivery was fast and the Koozies look just like the pictures! I’m very happy with this purchase.
