Positive:The item shipped quickly. Negatives:The bottle is very cheap and the name is a sticker that was not only applied crooked, but had obviously broken while being applied and then stuck back together. There was a clear overlap with a torn edge. I wish I could attach pictures. Definitely not worth the price.

I like the design of the bottle but the name is a decal that just sticks to the bottle and after you use it for a while the decal begins to peel off.

Usually if the decal is starting to peel up is because of the dishwasher which is why we recommend handwashing these items as ever detergent is different.

Apparently my package was delivered to SC and I live in Texas. Now there is a chance the tracking numbers were just switched and my package might be on its way to the correct destination, but the seller has yet to reply to my multiple emails. Being personalized and time sensitive, I am very frustrated over this situation. The USPO has been more helpful than the seller. Please reply to my emails.

We apologize again about uploading the incorrect tracking number however we are unsure how you would have received that information if we never contacted you back. Looking at our records we did respond the next day as all of the emails sent were sent after business hours and let you know what had happened. Looking at the tracking these were delivered on time the day after we responded. We apologize again for the mistake on the tracking number.
