I expected better quality. This was a tumbler with a sticker on it when I expected it to be engraved with the personalization request. The sticker was not even placed nicely, it is bubbles in some parts. Very disappointed.

I appreciate the quick delivery and love the durability of the tumbler, however, there were scratches and scuffs on two of the three that I ordered. I'm a little disappointed with that as they were supposed to be gifts.

After receiving my order I noticed that the name on one of my cups was not smoothly applied causing it to be bubbled and not even sticking to the cup in places. I emailed the seller and have not received any response.

I could have thrown some stickers on a cup for a lot less.I thought the name was etched on.

I am unsure as why you thought the name was etched on as we try our best to describe our products as thoroughly as possible and it was stated in the description that these are personalized with an outdoor rated vinyl. Our vinyl is rated for 8+ years outdoors and once it is cured is super durable to stand whatever your little one throws at it!
