These are so small they look stupid plus they are white not burlap color

I apologize you were mislead by the size of these pillows. Upon review of our listing, however, the size was clearly stated and we were very transparent on these pillows being small pillows. As far as the color of the pillows, the description also described them as "fluffy, white pillow". I can understand that it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate colors by looking at the pictures, which is why we try very hard to make our descriptions as accurate as possible. As stated in our conversation, I do sincerely apologize you were mislead regarding the size of these pillows. I did review our listing and the size was very clearly stated in the description. We do like to offer various sizes of pillows and these smaller sizes were designed to accent and provide dimension to various other sizes.

Yes! I was hesitant about first ordering because it was already close to Halloween and it said that it wasn't shipping out until 11/2. So, I thought I'd email just to check, and even though it was super late at night, I got almost an immediate response! So I ordered and got the bag in 2 days even though we are on complete opposite sides of the county! What great service! Now for the bag, it is SO cute! and the candy corn detail...oooo so stikin cute and superb quality! I didn't realize the black part was an extra part!! I love it so much, and hope they have more for every holiday.
