Our products are not sold in big box stores and are only exclusive to a handful of businesses such as ours. I apologize that you are not satisfied with the size of the pillow. We do make sure to include pillow sizes as our #1 item description to make sure customers get the best understanding of item sizes before purchasing. I understand, though, that it can be difficult to differentiate sizes from just looking at the picture. Also, all our pillows do come vacuum sealed so make sure you’re giving it enough time to fluff up. When all is said and done, your pillow should be roughly 4” thick and 22” long. Again, I sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with your purchase and highly encourage you to reach out to us first with any issues. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction and we would have loved the opportunity to make this right before seeing such a poor review.

I sincerely apologize you aren’t satisfied with the size of these signs. Upon review of our listing, however, the size was clearly stated as the first bullet point in the description. I can understand that it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate sizes by looking at the pictures, which is why we try very hard to make our descriptions as accurate as possible.
