Pleated Gathered Halter Dress

A thicker material and very small - I am 5'6" 36b chest #125 and the small was tight and the belt on the waist sat weirdly high up on my ribcage. I cannot wear this dress. I would've maybe tried to exchange for a medium though if the material wasn't so thick and hot.
