The dress was so, so cute. I absolutely loved it, but it had a flaw. I called customer support and I have to say it was the BEST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!!! They responded quickly and they were awesome and took care of the issue. I will definitely purchase from this company again. Thank you !

For the right body type - this dress is beautiful. I am 56 and usually wear a size M(10). The color of this dress is stunning. But I believe I have determined that the smocked top is not a good fit for me. I think I am too mature in age for this dress, as it is adorable and comes to above the knee. It was just not flattering on me. However, Jane customer service is outstanding and always a pleasure to deal with. They are highly responsive to email and quickly helped me come to a resolution about returning and/or exchanging this garment. The emails are well-written and easy to understand. I was able to take care of my return and refund quickly and easily.

This dress is a gorgeous color and is made very well. My issue with the dress was the color and cut was not flattering on me. It cut too high in the waist for me and made me look boxy. I have several Anna-Kaci dresses and I love them. They hold up well and are pretty dresses. This one was a miss for me. However - the customer service department, in my attempts to get a refund, were outstanding! They are quick to respond and they want their customers to be happy and satisfied. Because they are so pleasant to deal with - and completely fair and honorable in their return/exchange policy - I will continue to purchase from this seller and I will highly recommend Jane.com!

Edit: After emailing customer service and receiving a prompt reply, I am a content customer. This company is easy to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I will order from them again! This dress is poor quality. It hangs on me in a strange way. The shoulder fit is designed for a long torso. I am not pleased with the material. Is there a way to return this?

I ordered this cute dress and loved it, except it was too big. I’m between a small and medium and ordered the medium. It was too big, but when I contacted the seller, they made the return very easy.

Beautiful dress fits perfectly I’m 4’11” & my bust is DDD34 other than that the cut falls in a perfect place. Love this dress wish it came in other colors.

What a beautiful dress. I saw the shorter version and then this length. Glad I purchased the longer style because I will be able to wear this at least 3 seasons with or without a jacket. The material is very nice and the colors are vibrant, just as the picture shows. I ordered the red in a small and it fits perfectly! I'm 5'7" and my go to size is a 4 or small.

I wasn’t sure about these at first and had them for 2+months before wearing them. Glad I did! Paired with a tank top tucked in front. Very cute, breezy and comfy!
