While this dress was not a good fit on me, I reached out to the company to return it. Instead they offered me a different replacement of my choice. Amazing customer service

The dress itself was good, but what was excellent was the customer service. Wanted to exchange the dress I'd ordered (and received) for different color. Asked if that was possible and what was needed to make that happen. Was told to keep the dress already received and they'd send the color wanted! Who does that? So thrilled with the service and the dress! Thanks Anna-Kaci!

The dress was so, so cute. I absolutely loved it, but it had a flaw. I called customer support and I have to say it was the BEST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!!! They responded quickly and they were awesome and took care of the issue. I will definitely purchase from this company again. Thank you !
For the right body type - this dress is beautiful. I am 56 and usually wear a size M(10). The color of this dress is stunning. But I believe I have determined that the smocked top is not a good fit for me. I think I am too mature in age for this dress, as it is adorable and comes to above the knee. It was just not flattering on me. However, Jane customer service is outstanding and always a pleasure to deal with. They are highly responsive to email and quickly helped me come to a resolution about returning and/or exchanging this garment. The emails are well-written and easy to understand. I was able to take care of my return and refund quickly and easily.
