Incredibly wrinkled upon arrival. I do not own a steamer and I'm not going to buy one to steam two hats. They sit weird on my head too. Very disappointed in these hats.

I was so excited to be able to wear this hat at the lake this summer. But I was so disappointed when it arrived in a ENVELOPE where the brim of the hat was creased at every fold. I have tried remolding it and steaming it and nothing will take the creases out. A hat should never be mailed in an envelope.

Super cute - have gotten compliments on it! Also very important to me is that the wind hasn't blown it off my head while on the beach, which happens often with other hats. I got the white, which is very pretty. I will order more colors! Does fold up nicely which is convenient for travel.
