I have to say I really do like this hat. However, I ordered it because it had the strap and mine didn’t come with it. I contacted the seller twice and she responded but never sent the strap. Will I use the hat, yes. But my original plan was to use it on my boat and I won’t be able to.

Hi Nancy! I checked into the status of the drawstring I mailed to you. It went out on 6/7, however the USPS tracking says it is arriving late as of 7/11. I am so sorry, it seems to be lost somewhere in the mail. I will get a new one out to you today and hopefully you get this one!
