Maybe my fault but I was thinking the mug came with it, this is just the decal!

Way smaller than I expected. Would have liked to be at least double the size. Very cute idea; looking forward to attaching and giving a gift on a mug.

Very confusing. I purchased the product, under the assumption that I would be getting it on a mug.... NOPE! Just the vinyl decal and it is much, much smaller than it appears online. I went to compare it to the size of a mug and it doesn't look good at all cause it is so small. Very confusing and misleading. I read the comments and it seems others were also confused by it - guess I should of read the comments first! Won't be purchasing again, but sadly cannot return. Very disappointing.

It's listed as a decal in the title, in the description, in the product specification, in the 'what you are receiving' section, on the photos and on all emails. We include photos of a mug, laptop, wine glass and other items so you have an idea of what you can do with these decals. The last photo shows the actual size of the decal on a mug and as you can see, it's not small at all. We list the actual size of the decal as well. We'd love to be able to offer a personalized mug for $3.99 but that is simply impossible :( We're incredibly sorry you're disappointed and we've reached out to you directly.
