Hello Jenny, I'm so very sorry you were disappointed in your purchase. We clearly list this as a decal in the title, specifications, description and emails, as well as the multiple photos showing a laptop, mug and notebook, each indicating it's a DIY example. I understand the excitement of a product and not reading through what you are purchasing. We'd love to be able to offer a personalized mug shipped for under $7 but that is simply impossible :(
So, so, so cute! Minor issue with order, but a simple email cleared everything up and the seller was more than accommodating in correcting the slight error. Simple, easy, and wonderful customer service. I will order again from this seller!
