UPDATE: 2712 Designs reached out to let me know my email was sent to their junk mail folder and apologized for the mixup. Today, 8/26, I received another ornament with the correct information! Thank you 2712 Designs for displaying integrity - I will be a return customer!! ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————- I am so disappointed. I noticed I had put the wrong year(2022) and sent an email on 7/25 to the email address [email protected] letting them know and gave the correct year(2021). I received an automated reply saying someone would contact me but I never got a response from anyone. Today, 8/12, I received the ornament and it had the year 2022 on it - had to throw it in the trash.

Very cute. Stamps nicely with no blank or light ink sports. I like that I can just stamp our address on our letters, I don't need to search for a label. I recommend this product.

Order this for my daughter and have yet to receive it or be able to track it! I've reached out to the company 3 times with no response!!!

Very messy getting it set up, and can't tell if the lid is supposed to be able to go back on after assembled. Would have been nice if directions came with the shipment. Haven't tried on anything but paper yet but the design looks nice.
