Worst business ever to deal with. Super long wait time to receive item. An empty package came. Horrible customer service. Said they’d send a new one (NEVER apologized or were polite about the ordeal). Guess what?? Never sent a new item and then Refused to respond to my emails. Do NOT buy from them!

To this day I still have not received my order. So I can not at this time review this item. It would be nice if I had received it so that I could give you a review.

Never actually received my order. My review is more about their customer service. When I contacted customer support (12 days after my item shipped), they referred me to Jane for a refund. Extremely disappointed they did not try and apologize or replace my item. According to the reviews, I’m not the first either. How does this company keep losing these openers in shipment?

Would have like the engraving to have been more prominent, as in the photos. Also disappointed to find Winco stickers on them.

the opener is a good quality, but the engraving was much smaller than what was depicted in the photos and it was also crooked

the name came out too light, and no magnet so you can't place on the side of the fridge. :(

The engraving is pretty light not like picture and the opener is very sharp around the edges.

The metal piece in the middle was not flush with the sides and there was a gap between the metal and wood, so much you could see light in between. The engraving was nice and the product was heavy though.

They look a little "diy" - the print was perfectly aligned. But Im sure they will work fine as an opener
