Very poor quality.

Item arrived broken and I tried to contact the seller twice with no response. Thankfully Jane offered me a refund.

Product does not work properly. Have not gotten to use this one time. It also took forever to get here.

Annoyed because I noticed that the city, state and zip were not on the confirmation email. I reached out to let them vendor know and it took them a long time to respond to me. When they finally did, they basically said that it was too late. Very disappointing. I guess my city, state and zip didn't go through on my order for some reason, but common sense should have told them that someone doesn't order a stamp with half of the address missing. I'm so disappointed - I was really looking forward to having this. :( What I have is basically useless now.

I already have to buy a new inkpad.

Font is too small to read and dog is almost too large. Poor quality.

Got lost in the Mail.. I've reached out to the seller 3x with no response Sad because I've bought so many of these as gifts in the past, but I won't do business with a company with terrible customer service. Update: 3 months later and STILL no response from the seller!! Literally stole my money Pathetic!

I emailed and asked if they would change the zipcode, less than 5 hours after I ordered the stamp. And they did not change the zipcode. So it arrived with the wrong zipcode.

The stamped when pushed down does NOT leave a completely black stamp. Skimpy patches of white snd slightly black. So disappointed!

I would love to review this but I haven’t received it. It says it shipped 10/31 but as on 11/16 it’s still pending

Is cute but doesn’t have a lot of ink. Disappointed

I say I would recommend but I don’t know. The stamp is very cute, but it doesn’t stamp very dark. So I won’t be able to use it on everything like I’d hoped. A little disappointed....

After I finally received it, it was cute. It got lost “in the mail” and took over a month to get it.

It's very nice stamper and I love the Boston Terrier but immediately after I placed my order I realized I made a mistake on my address. I immediately tried to reach out to customer service to get it fixed. I got no response and I received the stamper with my incorrect address.
