Arrived on time, great condition, beautiful quality keep sake. They loved this gift!
I ordered 5 of these. Four of the 5 were correct but on one the name Logan was spelled with a lower case l instead of a capital L. I contacted them on Dec. 6 which was not easy and have only heard from them once and have not received the corrected chalkboard. It is now Dec. 20th. Goodbye Christmas gift if it doesn't come soon.
Received damaged and reached out to get a fix and received awful customer service! ): not good quality
Took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it was damaged. I contacted the company and they never responded. Thank goodness for Paypal's buyer protection! 🙌
They did not package it well and it came broken!! I contacted them weeks ago and heave heard nothing about helping me replace it. So disappointed
This is just as pictured, I just expected it to be a bit brighter ( higher contrast with blackboard) Gold lettering is muted. Think it would have been cuter if it were colorful and brighter.
Cute enough. Seems smaller than the pic and the lettering is not as bright. Kind of took forever to ship. Forgot I ordered it
